Business immigration and global mobility
Technology companies compete for talent across borders, and the Dutch system rewards employers who know it well. I advise employers and founders on bringing people to the Netherlands lawfully and quickly, and on the policies that keep sponsorship status safe.

Frequently asked
How long does a highly skilled migrant permit take?
For recognised sponsors, the IND aims to decide within two weeks of a complete application. Becoming a recognised sponsor takes longer and is the first step for most employers.
Do you also handle the tax side?
I coordinate with tax advisers on the expat ruling and payroll questions, so the immigration and tax timelines line up.
Can you support individuals as well as employers?
Yes, for founders and highly skilled professionals, including family applications.
Have a regulatory question?
Send a short description of the matter. I reply within one working day, usually with a view on scope and a fixed fee where possible.
