Yes, with lighter obligations for micro and small enterprises. The core duties on illegal content and transparency still apply.

Which regulator supervises us?

The Digital Services Coordinator of your main establishment, in the Netherlands the ACM together with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens for certain duties, and the European Commission for very large platforms.
